This service outlines the scope of work for the refurbishment of  valves. The purpose of this service is to restore the functionality and efficiency of valves to ensure optimal performance in various applications.

• Assessment and Inspection: Conduct a comprehensive assessment of all valves to determine their condition and functionality. Inspect valve components including the gate, seat, stem, actuator, and associated parts for wear, damage, or corrosion. Document findings and provide a detailed report outlining the necessary refurbishment tasks for each valve.
• Disassembly: Safely disassemble valve using appropriate tools and equipment. Carefully remove all components, paying attention to delicate parts to prevent damage during disassembly.
• Cleaning and Degreasing: Thoroughly clean all valve components to remove dirt, debris, rust, and old lubricants. Utilize appropriate cleaning agents and techniques to ensure all surfaces are free from contaminants.
• Inspection and Repair: Inspect each component for signs of wear, damage, or malfunction. Repair or replace damaged or worn parts as necessary, including gates, seats, stems, seals, and actuators. Perform any necessary machining or reconditioning of components to restore proper functionality.
• Replacement of Seals and Gaskets: Replace all seals, gaskets, and O-rings with high-quality, compatible materials to ensure proper sealing and prevent leaks.
• Lubrication: Apply appropriate lubricants to moving parts to reduce friction and ensure smooth operation. Use lubricants compatible with the specific materials and operating conditions of the valves.
