CWFM 722 S® 8 CH - Water Flow Control Monitor

CENTURA

Will be possible monitor trend of flows in a time span, updated live.

You will be also in able to access the to set point configuration page. (Pic. C)
Default setting it is set to a value in the range of 2.00 l/min ÷ 4.00 I/min, but will be possible touching buttons, lowering or raising the level of 0.10 l/min.
Useful if you want to tighten the flow control to a specific range

BENEFITS:

This intelligent device will keep production under control, lowering the probability of generating production errors, raising standards.
Setting page for LID, in bottom, the chart with trend of flows, updated live.

PRODUCER

PWF 016 S is an upgrade device designed to monitor water flow and temperature.
This device stands out for its precision sensors, which combine maximum accuracy with highest long-term stability.

The new PWF 016 S is smart.
It combines high precision flow and temperature measurement technology and an easy way to monitor the operations:
• If chamber is red A, B or C the flow and temperature is in range,
• If chamber is yellow an error is occurred,
• If chamber is blu A, B or C the flow or temperature is out of correct range. (Pic. A)
The instrument is operated intuitively via touch screen. All extended functions are accessible browsing pages.

FEATURES:

• Data logging,
• Trend graph,
• Custom set point,
• 20 sec. of error delay,
• Error speaker/buzzer.
If the value temporarily goes out of range that wall/lid of CWFM 722 S will get a red colors that will indicate this fluctuation, after 20 seconds it will turn yellow, to symbolize a persistent error, so it will be announced by an acoustic error signal.

In this case (Pic. B), a basic HMI dashboard of water flows, can also be used for both lid and wall controls.

FDC: From Signal Output to your Network
FDC Capability: From Signal Output to your Network
The FDC Capability is a feature that allows for the extraction of various signal outputs through its interface. These outputs can then be transferred via cable to the DAD (Data Acquisition Device) for monitoring each value and receiving alerts for values out of the set range.

Additionally, the system ensures immediate alerts for any deviations from the predefined range, providing robust support for proactive decision-making and system management.

Generally, the hard disks save/access data by internal mechanical operation, such as motors and magnetic reader heads that eventually might cause data loss, due to the head and platter consumption or corruption for the long-time accessing.

SMG follows the mirroring RAID 1 disk array technology to develop a series of real-time data backup system. by the Dual hard disk, the data saved on hard disk is real-time backup to the other array member disk, it reduces the risk of system from when single hard disk is damaged and result in data loss.
